Verloop is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who is passionate to work at a fast-growing start-up and can handle chaotic situations at times.
Responsibilities
Create and execute lead generation strategies to support the revenue activities globally
- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue
- Own organic marketing efforts to improve the domain authority. Support growth in organic site traffic and optimize site conversions by closely working with the content, demand & product marketing team.
- Develop hypotheses and build and execute A/B or multivariate tests for optimization based on key KPI metrics
- Own Marketing Operations and ensure tech stack is optimized for meeting business goals
Requirements:
- 6+ years of paid and organic lead generation experience
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing rollup reporting to senior management
- Experience with research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, Freshmarketer, or other similar tools.
- Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypotheses for constant and fast iteration testing.
