Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success & Operations Associate with 0 to 2 years of experience in customer success, support, or operations.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs in schools by working closely with teachers and counselors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and counselors to ensure the effective implementation of career guidance programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to schools, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist in the coordination and logistics of program delivery, including scheduling and resource management.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.
  • Handle operational tasks under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • All graduates & fresh MBA's are eligible to apply.
  • 02 years of experience in customer success, support, or operations roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive and problemsolving mindset.
  • Availability for immediate joining.
