One of the most innovative and fastest growing EdTech start-up Counseling Shortcuts is looking for dynamic Business Development / Sales Associates to drive the educational technology product sales and drive the interaction and product demos with the potential customers to generate revenue.

The ideal candidate should have a good flair for telephone and online demo-based sales. Also, should be a great fit for our energetic and creative team.

You'll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from mentors with 5+ years of industry experience and dynamic professionals across India.


The RoleKey responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social mediaCall 65-70 leads every daySet up meetings with potential clients (parents)

Generate Trial Classes and Assessments by pitching parents to take Counseling Shortcuts Trial Classes and AI-powered Career AssessmentsNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsFollow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)Go the extra mile to drive salesMission Statement:
This job post includes a one-month training program.

Candidates are not required to pay any amount during trainingDuring the training, we will actively guide you through the process using Training Decks, Live Experiences, Re-Training Programs aimed at providing you with an overall learning experience, along with a paid stipend along the journeyWe create career-oriented BDT in this one month, whose skills become unmatched across the sectorYou are required to use the right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in the training period, hence making a way to achieve License to Sell (L-2-S)Attendance of 90% is mandatory in one month of trainingYou will be entitled to a training stipend of INR.
