Job description
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated executive to join the Operations Manager as an Assistant.

Your work will include providing assistance to the Manager in day-to-day operational activities and issues; preparing presentations, keeping and maintaining the data; monitoring various launchpad platforms, and conducting analysis.

You should have a strong grasp of current operational tools.

You should be excellent in time management and interpersonal skills as this position required to coordinate with various departments on daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly answer the questions of the managers, staff and other stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
  • Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
  • Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Monitor sales orders and supplier relations
  • Compile sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments
  • Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
  • Prepare and file forms and other documents
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
  • Update logs and order forms
  • Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
  • Maintaining of the MIS
  • Distribution and closure of tickets

Requirements and skills

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb organizational abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Assistant
