As an Operations Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. You will gain valuable experience in various aspects of our agritech supply chain, from procurement to customer delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Survey of retail vendors, identification of retailer problems and assistance in vendor onboarding is a critical part of this job
  • Assist with procurement of fruits and vegetables from local farmers, ensuring quality and freshness.
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries, including scheduling routes and managing dispatch of our electric carts.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with quality control measures at various stages of the supply chain.
  • Interact with customers to address inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Support in implementing new processes and technologies to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, good knowledge of the agri sector is a big plus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (a plus).
  • Passion for agritech and innovation.
