Duties

Basic Function of the Position:
The position is located in the General Services Office (GSO), US Embassy, New Delhi.

Under the supervision of the GSO receiving Supervisor or designee the incumbent will be required to manage the receiving, tracking, inspection, distributing, and inventory of property management services for the Department of State and associated agencies.

The incumbent will also perform other duties as assigned.

Note:

The incumbent should have ability to lift a maximum of 51 lbs (23 kg).

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years of experience in warehousing or expendables or property or supply management.

Education Requirements:

Successful completion of high school (Class X) education.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE:

Good working knowledge in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required. English language may be tested.

AND
Good working knowledge in Hindi (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required.

SKILLS
AND ABILITIES:

Valid Indian Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license is required.

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in New Delhi, India may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.

For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.

The pay plan is assigned at the time the conditional offer letter is issued by the HR Office.
