About the role:

This position is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in transforming and scaling the New to Role Program across Gartner. The primary objective of the position is to help design, program manage, and execute special programs and initiatives to accelerate Gartner's New to Role program growth. This role will own program management for the comprehensive plan that maximizes our 5,000+ sales force to convert New to Role prospects into new business. Under the direction of the MVP, Strategy & Operations who will lead the New to Role team, the Sr Manager will partner closely with key stakeholders across the business, including Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, IT, Product, Services and Delivery, and Research and Advisory.

What You Will Do:

Help operationalize the New to Role (NTR) Program in order to drive growth Through a programmatic approach, help Sellers capture New to Role prospects by proactively identifying NTR contacts at scale & partnering to create the wrap-around program support to take advantage of NTR opportunities Serve as a program owner for the roadmap on operationalizing how to capture NTR opportunities as an organization and collaborate across business units to execute on New to Role Programming Partner with R&A, Global Retention Programs, and Product to strengthen NTR content Create structure for codifying Seller best practices and bright spots to replicate across the sales organization Serve as the Program Manager for the cross-functional and business unit NTR strategy

What you will need:

7+ years experience in Program Management/Marketing/or Operations roles Strong Communication skills (verbal & written) and Executive presence Self-starter, able to work independently on projects and workstreams with good problem solving and analytical capability Demonstrated ability to structure and execute on large strategic initiatives Experienced at collaborating across multiple regions, leadership teams, and business units to drive outcomes Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders to help influence recommendations Ability to develop, organize, and lead initiatives with strong organizational skills and a bias towards rapid iteration A bias for action, including balancing trade-offs at the intersection of technology and business driven decisions
