Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Manager to join our team. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their assigned unit within the bank, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of banking professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and career development.
Operational Efficiency: Implement strategies to streamline operational processes and enhance productivity within the unit. Identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to address them.
Customer Service: Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to all bank customers. Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate operational risks within the unit, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. Implement controls and procedures to minimize risk exposure.
Financial Performance: Drive revenue generation and cost management initiatives within the unit to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure that all activities within the unit are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Implement compliance training programs for staff as needed.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments within the bank. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is must .
Minimum of [X] years of experience in banking or financial services, withÂyears in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and operational procedures.
Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
Proven track record of driving results and achieving financial targets.
