Business Unit Manager


AppsTech Solution is a Systems Integrator & leading IT infrastructure service provider in India, with a focus on providing services to Manufacturing Plants – Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, and FMCG, etc. Along with this we also have hands-on experience in the Transportation sector – Metro Rail.

Our services include Networking solutions, Server Solutions, Cyber Security Solutions, Backup solutions, and Dedicated IT resources to manage IT Infra and Users. With the successful implementation of business model since 2011 in this field & continuing. Currently we are Looking the full time aspiring youth who are keen to make their mark across.


Salary : upto 7 LPA ( Fix + Incentive)

Immediate Joiner

Experience : 3-5 Years


Responsibilities & Accountability

 

  1. To develop and execute a comprehensive account plan (Align with goals, strategies, and actions with client's needs, expectations, and opportunities) to meet and exceed business objectives.
  2. To develop long term strategic relationship with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and generate reference able case study
  3. To make an effort to develop a successful relationship with the organization, which included business requirements, commercial, technical, and applicable compliance teams at the customer end.
  4. To develop a strong customer-based network
  5. To be able to engage in productive discussion, translate requirements/issue in to business problems and liaison internally to resolve the issue.
  6. To create and articulate compelling value propositions around offering
  7. To possess the technical ability to explain infrastructure solutions.
  8. To maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
  9. To execute sales development activity to achieve the Quarterly and annual target
  10. To work with all the stack holders including customer, solutions team to qualify the opportunities
  11. To work with solutions and procurement to get the best price for given solution component from various partners.
  12. To lead and facilitate the customer discussions to convince on value proposition and positioning of the service.
  13. To lead and facilitate negations of the contract terms along with services descriptions, SLA , documentation to meet both client and company need.
  14. To manage the revenue in assigned area.
  15. To facilitate issues during the services delivery along with project teams.
  16. To facilitate service delivery team to get the timely delivery done.

Qualifications And Skills Required

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration , Management, or Related Filed
  2. Communication Skills
