Digital Learning Practice Lead


The Digital Learning Practice Lead collaborates with a talented cross-functional team to create and manage a top-notch digital learning experience / LXP. This role focuses on developing and establishing the Digital Learning Experience portfolio of Syngene from the ground up.

The ideal candidate excels in an agile environment and has a strong passion for crafting modern digital learning experiences for a diverse global workforce. The key responsibilities include:

  • Building an industry-leading digital learning technology portfolio.
  • Leading product delivery and managing portfolio performance.
  • Planning portfolio enhancements, optimizing platforms, and managing lifecycle(s).
  • Integrating machine learning, gamification, translation, collaboration, and just-in-time capabilities.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Building an industry-leading digital learning technology ecosystem.
  • Assessing current learner experience capabilities and developing a portfolio roadmap.
  • Understanding the portfolio technical architecture and overseeing solution design activities.
  • Leading product delivery, managing portfolio performance, and working on new learning capabilities.
  • Improving agile processes, enhancing portfolio analytics capability, and ensuring successful product launches.
  • Coordinating with teams and stakeholders to capture requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Competencies (Must-have):
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in building, launching, and managing modern global digital learning applications.
  • 3 years of experience with Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Start-up practices.
  • Strong understanding of global trends in Digital Learning practices, methods, and technologies.
  • Experience in Product Management, Project Management, and architecture disciplines.
  • Practical knowledge of front-end development, third-party system integrations, and scalability.
  • Strong problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate directives into tactical initiatives.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and networking skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
