Job Description

As the key figure in campus recruitment, you will lead the efforts of attracting top talent from prominent engineering and technical institutions across India. Your role involves establishing and executing recruitment strategies, acting as the primary liaison between the company and campus stakeholders, and aligning Western Digital with strategic partners to ensure a diverse pool of talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges across India.
  • Build strong relationships with campus stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate to identify hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Lead the end-to-end campus recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Design an inclusive early talent program for interns and new hires.
  • Implement onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage recruitment budgets effectively.
  • Analyze recruitment data to evaluate strategies and identify improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate and participate in campus events to promote the company's brand and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 6-10 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of campus recruitment best practices in the engineering and technical talent market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
