The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for the management of digital activities across google, social, search and display platforms. He will plan and execute the paid digital media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, our specialist will be essential to ensuring that integrated digital strategies are aligned with client's objectives. To be ideal for this role, our candidates has already decided on a career in SEM and is highly motivated to continue learning and growing in the field.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategize, execute, monitor and manage campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Oversee growth in performance to meet client's business goals and strategies.
  • Manage the platform's daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
  • Map ad formats to advertising objectives
  • Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behavior
  • Plan and Optimize landing page testing
  • Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
  • Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads – A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimize performance
  • Build Budget Recommendations & Pitch Decks
  • Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices.
  • Present account reviews internally as well as to clients
  • Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
  • Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive and have possess an added value
  • Ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy

Qualifications

  • Google, Meta expert in running performance campaigns
  • Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
  • Performance marketing with media buying experience highly desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic technical knowledge is a plus (HTML, reading ASP, PHP code...)
  • Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing
  • Experience on Amazon search (AMS) preferred

What we're looking for

· 2+ years' relevant experience in SEM and proven record

· Understand the value and challenges of working in what feels like a start-up agency environment

· Passionate, entrepreneurial self-starter

· Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, Vlookups, and chart building

· Working knowledge of Visual Basic macros is a plus.

· Additional SEM software skills a plus

· Project Management

· Extremely well organized, able to balance client timelines and business needs, possibly across multiple clients

· Enthusiasm for identifying time-saving solutions. You often ask, "How can we automate this?"

· Outgoing and sociable; willing to wear many hats and work on projects of all types

· Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: works independently, doesn't take no for an answer

· Fundamental and advanced AdWords certification

· Google Analytics certification

· Experience in proven optimization techniques, and bid management skills in Search Engine Marketing, PPC
