Business Development Manager- IT Product/ Solutions

Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential clients, industries, and market segments to pursue for business development. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term partnerships. Relationship Building and Account Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential clients through effective communication and networking. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities, ensuring regular follow-ups and nurturing of leads. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competition, and client needs. Utilize this knowledge to develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Proposal Development and Presentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical experts, and solution architects, to develop tailored proposals and presentations. Present the company's capabilities, solutions, and value propositions to potential clients. Contract Negotiation and Closure: Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions, to secure profitable deals. Work closely with legal teams to ensure contract compliance and mitigate risks. Close sales and achieve revenue targets within defined timelines. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with project delivery capabilities. Provide insights and feedback to enhance the company's service offerings and competitiveness in the market. Market Intelligence and Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide market intelligence and insights to the management team. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities.Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of at least above 5 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the IT industry. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the B2B market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into business value propositions. Relationship Building Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Proven ability to negotiate and influence key decision-makers. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze market opportunities, and develop innovative business development strategies. Demonstrated experience in market research, competitor analysis, and business planning. Results Orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives. Strong drive for results, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Technology Awareness: Familiarity with IT industry trends, software development methodologies, and emerging technologies.
