This role involves overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded HR background with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
Foster a positive work environment and maintain high employee morale.
Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management issues.
Conduct performance reviews and follow up on development plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with compensation policies and practices.
Conduct regular salary reviews and market research to maintain competitive compensation packages.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
Helps employees identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence.
Responsible for the on the job orientation for new hires.

Prepare training calendar and ensure training is beingCarryout employee engagement activities as per the resort standardsComplete Daily, monthly and fortnightly MIS reports.

Ensure up to date and accurate information is maintained for all the employees.
Maintenance of HR email account and ensures prompt response.

Assists the HR manager in budget preparation where required and is fully aware of all Budgeted positions and hiring approvals.§ Ensure compliance with all HR legislation and keep up to date with changes to local authorities.§ Ensures confidentiality is maintained at all times and provides information only to those with a need to know.§ To know and follow the Health &safety at Work Act and comply with the resort's Health & Safety policy.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of working experience as HR Generalist profile in similar role in the Human Resources department.
Candidates from Hospitality/Hotel Industry shall be preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Excellent written and oral communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedure.
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, especially MS ExcelHigh level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
Proactive and results-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
