Human Resource Assistant Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide recruitment support for HITLAB.

The incumbent will source candidates as appropriate and oversee the recruitment process which entails the maintenance of job descriptions, posting job ads, collecting and responding to applicants and applications, scheduling and conducting initial screenings and interviews.

A successful candidate for this position will partner directly with the HR team in coordinating recruitment operations and functions.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specificationsConsistent sourcing of new candidates to fill recruitment needsFocus on in-demand specialties and geographic areasSource and screen potential candidate4s through various channels, including online platforms and social mediaProactively identify new candidate sourcing channels to increase the recruitment funnelCollect, process, and validate the selected candidate's documentation and credentialsCoordinate and schedule interviewsConduct initial candidate assessmentsConduct on-boarding and orientation process of new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experienceManage the applicant tracking system to keep candidate information up-to-dateFacilitate the offerMaintain or create job descriptionsOrganize and supervise the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentialitySupport HR team during recurring recruitment initiativesProvide support in HR administrative taskOther duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational development, business administration, or a related fieldExperience may be considered in lieu of degree2+ years of experience in recruitmentHealthcare and Technology industry experience is a plus
