–HR with 70% of recruitment & 30% HR Operations from manufacturing background.
This job is 100% WFO
Experience-3-5 years of experience
Responsibilities
:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
To maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
To collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
To look an onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive transition into the organization.
To assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
To Contribute to HR data analysis and metrics
To assist with payroll processing and the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
To guide and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
To maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information in the HR database.
Hands on HRIS systems and software.
