Designation: Performance Marketing(Marketplaces)

Responsibilities:

1.Marketplace PerformanceStrategy:

  • Developand execute robust performance marketing strategiestailored

forvarious marketplaces to enhance brand visibility drive trafficand

increasesales.

  • Createand manage PPC campaigns including keyword researchad

copycreation bidding strategies and budget allocationensuring

maximumROI.

2.Campaign Management andOptimization:

  • Monitoranalyze and optimize campaign performance metrics(CTR

CPCconversion rates etc.) to achieve set KPIs andtargets.

  • ImplementA/B testing and datadriven optimizations toenhance

campaignefficiency andeffectiveness.

3.Relationship Management withMarketplaces:

  • Fosterstrong relationships with key marketplace platforms (MyntraAmazonFlipkart etc.) to explore new opportunities stay updated onplatform updates and leverage promotional features for brandvisibility.

4.Analytics andReporting:

  • Generatecomprehensive reports showcasing campaignperformance

trafficmetrics and actionable insights for continuousimprovement.

  • Utilizedatadriven insights to recommend and implementstrategic

adjustmentsto maximize marketingimpact.

5.Collaboration and CrossfunctionalCoordination:

  • Collaboratewith internal teams such as brand managemente

commerceand analytics to align marketing strategies with broader businessobjectives.

  • Workclosely with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive andcompelling messaging across marketplacecampaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in marketing Business Administration or a related field;relevant certifications are aplus.
  • 1years of experience in performance marketing roles focused onmarketplaces like Myntra Amazon or Flipkart; experience in thefashion Industry is highlypreferred.
  • Provenexpertise in managing PPC campaigns including keyword research bidmanagement and performanceanalysis.
  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deriveactionableinsights.
  • Proficiencyin using analytics tools ad platforms and MSExcel.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and relationshipbuildingskills.
