Job Overview


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stride One, you will play a vital role in our recruitment activities, focusing on identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for our organization.

From collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements to ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees, you will be pivotal in shaping our team and driving our growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, involving sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to outline job requirements, identify top candidates, and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods to discover hidden talent pools.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, delivering exceptional and interactive candidate experiences.
  • Contribute significantly to fostering a vibrant, high-performance culture within StrideOne.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of 4 to 7 years in talent acquisition, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Possess solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience in utilizing social media and professional networks for candidate engagement.
  • Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, establishing connections with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Showcase ability in managing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling confidential candidate information.
