Job Overview:


The Analyst - Capital Markets will have a crucial role in supporting the Capital Markets team by preparing data for different proposals focused on debt fundraising.

This role entails meticulous data analysis, transaction execution, compliance management, and nurturing investor relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Mobilization: Facilitate the placement of term loan proposals and Debt Capital Market instruments, involving secured and unsecured products.
  • EndtoEnd Transaction Execution: Assist in transactions from initial investor engagement, deal structuring, and aiding in investor due diligence, to finalizing term sheets and deal documentation.
  • Compliance Management: Supervise all compliances related to current lenders, ensuring repayment management for regulatory adherence.
  • Covenant Reporting: Oversee covenant reporting across the facility life cycle and monitor financial covenants regularly for compliance.
  • Credit Rating Exercises: Engage in credit rating assessments to evaluate the organization's creditworthiness and offerings.
  • Investor Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with investors and Assets Under Management (AUM) under the offbook portfolio for ongoing engagement and support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A recent graduate with a background in Finance or Mathematics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
