Position Purpose:We are currently looking for two talented individuals to join our team as Jr. Business Development Executives. Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in the service industry, focusing on platforms like Upwork and People Per Hour. Strong writing skills are essential for this role. Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities are welcome to apply.
Education & Professional Qualification:- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Masters in a relevant field from a reputable local/international University.
- Certification(s): Not required, but a certification in a relevant field is a bonus.
- Proficiency in advanced English communication.
- 6+ months of relevant experience in freelancing projects and client acquisition.
- Utilize expertise in freelancing platforms to drive sales and broaden our client base.
- Create compelling proposals tailored to client needs on various platforms.
- Analyze client requirements and propose suitable bidding solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Meet and surpass assigned sales targets through effective pitching and negotiation.
- Facilitate all client communications efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize B2B sales initiatives and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage potential clients.
- Provide client reports and follow-up diligently.
- Strong English communication skills.
- 6 months of demonstrated service industry sales experience on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience in customer support for US clients.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in crafting persuasive proposals and engaging clients.
- Additional skills in B2B sales and email marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Proven ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a team setting.
