Exciting Opportunity: Vintage Sales Manager (Client Relations) - Acquisition & Management:

  • Develop and execute strategies to discover and onboard new valuable clients in the vintage market.
  • Cultivate and sustain solid relationships with both current and prospective clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support, ensuring client contentment and loyalty.

Driving Sales & Boosting Revenue:

  • Create and curate an enticing range of vintage products tailored to client tastes and industry trends.
  • Showcase and negotiate sales of vintage items, meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial contact to deal finalization, guaranteeing seamless and effective transactions.
  • Formulate and execute pricing strategies to enhance product value and revenue.

Vintage Knowledge & Market Expertise:

  • Demonstrated expertise in vintage fashions, trends, and appraisals across diverse product segments.
  • Stay abreast of current market dynamics and emerging movements in the vintage sector.
  • Procure top-quality and genuine vintage items through efficient sourcing.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Art History, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience or a comparable client-facing position.
  • Established track record of surpassing sales goals and fostering enduring client connections.
  • Showcased dedication and proficiency in vintage merchandise, possessing in-depth insights into styles, trends, and valuations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Capacity to establish rapport and credibility with clients, meeting their specific needs and surpassing expectations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (an advantage).
