Requirements:
  • Experiencein building partnerships to expand businessreach.
  • Comfortable with domestic andinternational travel for events and clientmeetings.
  • Ability to scale the sales team to 7members by the end of December2024.

Responsibilities:
  • LeadIdentification and Qualification: Identify andqualify potential leads through targeted research and outboundprospecting efforts.
  • Cold CallingExpertise: Utilise cold calling as a sales channelto engage with prospects and initiate meaningfulconversations.
  • Value PropositionArticulation: Articulate the value proposition ofour products and services with clarity and conviction to piqueinterest and generateexcitement.
  • CollaborativeApproach: Collaborate closely with internalstakeholders to optimise lead generation strategies and ensureseamless handoffs of qualifiedopportunities.
  • CRMManagement: Maintain accurate and uptodate recordsof prospect interactions and activities in our CRMsystem.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Continuously evaluate and refineoutreach tactics based on performance metrics and marketfeedback.

  • SalesExperience: Prior experience in sales with aproactive mindset towards achievinggoals.
  • ResultDriven:Proactive and resultsoriented mindset thriving in highspeedenvironments.
  • High Energy:Extremely extroverted with high energy levelsdriving enthusiasm within the team and during clientinteractions.
  • LeadershipExperience: Previous experience leading a team witha track record of team building anddevelopment.
  • B2B Experience(Preferred): Familiarity with B2B sales processesand environments although not mandatory ispreferable.
