Job Summary:

As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for leading our organic and paid growth efforts, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize ROI analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on driving website traffic, increasing daily active users, and maximizing engagement across web and mobile platforms.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing campaign delivery, and utilizing in-house, partnership, and third-party resources to meet campaign objectives effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Organic and Paid Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic and daily active users/views.
  • Optimize website session time through targeted marketing initiatives and content optimization.
  • Drive app downloads and increase daily active users for mobile and TV applications.
  • Enhance user time spent on the app and overall engagement metrics through strategic campaigns and feature enhancements.

ROI Analysis:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and refinement based on performance metrics.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

Campaign Delivery Management:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand campaign requirements and objectives.
  • Assess available resources, including inhouse inventory, partnership inventory, and thirdparty partners, to develop comprehensive campaign delivery strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance in realtime, making necessary adjustments to maximize results and ROI.

Qualifications:
Experience Range: 4 to 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth, acquisition, and engagement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a strategic approach to problemsolving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
