Job Summary:
The Sales Head for Medical Business Vertical will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing key accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving the sales team's performance with P&L responsibility for the Division.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsIdentify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the End user base and market shareManage and grow existing key accounts by building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of medical consumables products to effectively sell to customers and prospectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectivesDevelop and implement sales plans and forecasts, and manage the sales budgetLead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targetsMonitor and report on sales performance, and provide regular updates to Commercial DirectorMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring , end User Activities , Excellent service delivery and resolving customer complaints

Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate in Science or Pharmacy with Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field will be plus.

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership position in the medical consumables / Medical Device industryStrong understanding of medical consumables products and the healthcare industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in medical consumables.

Experience in managing key accounts and building customer relationshipsExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience with SFDC, CRM systems and sales analytics tools
