per società IT di Bolzano operante nel settore delle automazioni/domotica.La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Fornire supporto tecnico e risolvere i problemi dei clienti relativi all'utilizzo dei prodotti dell'azienda
Gestire i ticket di assistenza e contratti di manutenzione
Monitorare e rispondere alle richieste di assistenza attraverso diversi canali di comunicazione (compreso telefono, e-mail e chat)
Collaborare con il team IT per risolvere problemi complessi
Analizzare e risolvere eventuali errori o malfunzionamenti dei sistemi in collaborazione con il team tecnico
Fornire formazione tecnica ai clienti e al personale interno
Requisiti Il candidato ideale ha un minimo di esperienza in ruolo analogo (1-2 anni) e possiede i seguenti requisiti:Diploma di scuola tecnica o qualifica equivalenti
Gradita conoscenza base di impiantistica civile ed industriale
Gradita conoscenza IT di base, reti dati
Gradita conoscenza database SQL, informatica di base, sistemi operativi Windows
Passione per la tecnologia e particolare interesse per i sistemi di automazione
Eccellenti capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente
Spirito di squadra e passione per il settore dell'automazione
