Weekly and monthly targets achieve as per plan.
Production and rejection status and review day to day activity.
Machine & shift wise production, rejection & down time reports making.
Manpower arrangement, control and review.
To maintain the 5'S in the shop floors.
Planning for cost saving.
Record daily production report actual data to be recorded on DPR
To keep good housekeeping involves upkeep and cleaning of machine
