Exo Edge is looking for Yardi Software Analyst to join our IT Team.

Below are the responsibilities :

  • Write Yardi SQL Scripts to update/correct data
  • Analyze issues and work with property management software technical support to rectify workflow or
technical problems

  • Write and update Yardi reports using YSR, columnar, and SSRS formats.
  • Write Yardi queries, stored procedures and triggers for system customization
  • Identify and coordinate new system developments or enhancements with business owners
  • Manage Yardi with other inhouse reporting tools
  • Manage systems implementations as appropriate (e.g., installations, configuration, customization, integration,data migration, Yardi updates and Yardi plugins)
  • Complete testing; including defining/supporting acceptance testing and gathering feedback from prerelease testers
  • Log, track, and manage issues, bugs, and enhancement/ features
  • Support all software releases and postrelease activities including support documentation
  • Complete ongoing systems maintenance and support
  • Ensure consistency of specifications across subsystems
  • Write and/or review deliverables, enduser guides, support documentation
  • Work with performance management team to support business intelligence integration and/or reporting requirements
  • Troubleshoot & evaluate requests that filter through ticketing system
  • Evaluate third party applications to fulfill business needs, processes, and requirements
  • Capture and maintain system change requests
  • Provide answers and solutions based on industry knowledge and escalate issues as needed
  • Perform other tasks as required
  • One to two years of experience in SQL, YSR and SSRS report writing knowledge is required
  • Advanced Yardi Database Schema knowledge required
  • One to two years of developing effective IT support training instructions is required
  • One to two years of experience in property management is preferred.
