The SCADA Developer plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of Genesis 64 SCADA screens using MS SQL DB scripts.

This position is essential for maintaining and enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the organization's SCADA system, ensuring seamless operations and effective data management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Genesis 64 SCADA screens.

- Create and maintain MS SQL DB scripts for SCADA system.

- Integrate SCADA system components with existing infrastructure.

- Initial identification/fingerprinting of product hardware and software, as well as vulnerability detection development based on common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVE) as reported in the National Vulnerability Database (NVD) and/or directly in vendor advisories.

- Develop Initial detection plugins of OT hardware, software/firmware where Tenable has access to the assets and has provided the contractor access.

- Develop vulnerability detection plugins for OT hardware and software/firmware that have initial detections in place for a prioritized vendor list as provided by Tenable Research. Initial detections may be existing or newly developed.


- Report on Vulnerability Discrepancies in vendor advisories and/or NVD CVEs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the SCADA system meets operational requirements.

- Provide technical support for SCADA system troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Participate in system testing and validation activities.

- Conduct system performance analysis and optimization.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the SCADA system.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in SCADA development.

- Assist in the implementation of SCADA system security measures.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in SCADA development and implementation.

- Proficiency in Genesis 64 SCADA software.

- Expertise in MS SQL database design and management.

- Strong understanding of PLC systems and industrial control systems.

- Familiarity with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) design principles.

- Ability to write and optimize DB scripts for SCADA applications.

- Knowledge of network protocols and communication interfaces used in SCADA systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
