The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:  SCADA-HMI Engineer Essential Experience & Skills: Hands on experience on developing logics & HMI for AC substations (related to primary equipment monitoring & control, Load shedding, load sharing, PQ controls, Synchronization etc. ) Hands on experience in SCADA – Basic configuration (Mimics, Tags, Direct Interfacing, Gateway interfacing, debugging, testing, worked with multiuser projects). Hands on experience in working with various manufacture IEDs on IEC 61850 protocol in creating *.IEC, ICD, CID, SCD files.  IEC 61850 (v1 & v2) inclusive of buffered reporting, IEC101 & IEC104 (master & slave), Gateway interfacing using DNP3/104/OPCUA (master & slave) Hands on experience in producing documents (test specification, philosophy & check sheets ) ranging for pre-FAT, FAT and SAT Knowledge of cyber security implementaion in SAS Knowledge established SAS SCADA (preferably Zenon (COPADATA) and WinCC) Knowledge on TCP/IP, PREFABS, Profinet , Fieldbus SPA. Awareness of applicable regional standards (US, UK, Europe, India) Good to have experience & skills:Degree in Electrical Engineering Masters in Power System engineering preferred for Protection engineers. Experience in Renewables and/or HVAC substations projects Knowledge on digital IOT , Knowledge on Convergence of IT & OT, Cybersecurity etc. Experience of Asset performance management solutions covering condition monitoring & asset reliability & integrity , predictive & prescriptive analytics
