Job Profile :

  • Responsible for managing 1215 stores operations.
  • Responsible for handling four areas i.e People, Business, Process & Compliance.
  • Data Analysis and identify areas of gaps and opportunities.
  • Review manpower requirement in his circle and ensure the gaps to be filled with the discussion with HR.
  • Conducting the Midterm review and Performance appraisal for the circle.
  • Must ensure adherence to all set processes related to people, product and assets.
  • Ensure Compliance requirements to be met in all stores and RO at his circle.
  • Must have knowledge of related functions such as HR, Finance, Maintenance, etc.
