As part of the expansion, Jubilant FoodWorks entered into an exclusive master franchisee and development agreement with Popeyes to own and operate quick-service restaurants.

Popeyes, founded in 1972, New Orleans, Louisiana has a menu comprising the iconic chicken sandwich and world famous signature chicken runs over 3,800 outlets across 25 countries.

The first Indian store of Popeyes have been launched in January 2022 in Bengaluru and have 12 stores as on January 2023.The Circle Head/ Operations Manager (North & South) is responsible for the overall Business operations of the Circle according to Popeyes operational standards and run profitable business as an SBU.

Majority of time is invested leading/guiding and coaching the team to meet Guest expectations, achieving both bottom and top-line objectives, in line with the principles of Popeyes Vision and Mission.


Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Experience:

  • Role models expected behavior and coach teams on hospitality standards2. Ensures all the restaurant meets safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards as per Popeyes expectations3. Sets the standards to ensure team handles all Guest concerns in a timely and sustainable manner4. Empowers the team to satisfy Guest needs and resolve concerns5. Removes barriers to delivering Hospitality behaviors during shift

Builds Team Talent:

  • Treats all team members fairly and with respect1. Supports the training of new team members2. Recognizes team members for team contributions3. Holds team members accountable for their behavior and performance4. Provides coaching to team members to improve performance5. Provides communication to team about goals and performance

Drives Sales Growth:

  • Takes accountability for understanding all in store marketing promotions of the circle and provides inputs fornational marketing on circle digital/print and other medium of marketing elements2. Executes new product rollouts3. Responsible for system growth as well new store sales

Flexibility and Adaptability:

  • Acts quickly to solve problems in area of responsibility2. Provides feedback and suggestions to improve performance3. Is flexible with work schedule as business needs4. Understands and complies with all procedures and policies5. Provide action plans to address issues and opportunities and effective execution of the same6. Seeks to understand goals and results and how they personally contribute to them

Plans and Communicates:

  • Discusses issues with other support functions of the circle and prepares the action plan2. Discusses the business plan and brings out the alignment3. Involves entire team by communicating goals, results, and action plans

Expands the footprint:

  • Identify the new locations for the business expansion in line with the business strategy2. Responsible for new restaurant openings and running of smooth operations.3. Understand and observe the completion closely and update stakeholders and plan to tackle the competition

Responsible and drive Bottom Line:

  • Have a complete eye on each cost line and monitor each line restaurant wise, to maintain the annual businessplan lines2. Constant monitoring and reviewing the same with all direct reports and prepare the GAP analysis, guide them tomaintain the lines3. Ensure that all restaurants in the circle maintain these lines and facilitate them to earn bottom line incentiveDesired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognised university with 10-12 years of relevantexperience
