Job Title: Head of Pre Sales - Interiors
Magicbricks, a prominent real estate platform, is in search of a skilled and dynamic professional to join as the Head of Pre Sales for the Interiors Business. In this role, you will have a pivotal part in enhancing the efficiency of the Interior business, leading outbound telesales efforts, and elevating customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the operations of the Interior Business to achieve business targets effectively.
- Formulate and execute strategies to improve tele sales efficiency and boost call conversions.
- Manage leads effectively to drive sales opportunities.
- Implement outbound telesales campaigns to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
- Oversee client servicing to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.
- Monitor dialer management activities to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Implement workforce management strategies for optimal staffing and resources.
- Introduce programs to enhance contact center efficiency.
- Handle attrition and employee engagement to promote a positive work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10-15 years of operations experience, focusing on outbound telesales.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing tele sales efficiency and call conversions.
- Proficiency in lead management and client servicing.
- Experience in dialer and workforce management.
- Proven ability to launch programs enhancing operational performance.
- Track record in managing attrition and driving employee engagement.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams effectively.
- Ability to devise and execute operational strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is essential.
