Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive RCM strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide strategic direction for revenue cycle operations, ensuring optimal financial performance and compliance with industry standards
  • Oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable functions to maximize revenue and minimize bad debtStay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the organization's compliance with billing and coding standards
  • Provide ongoing training to RCM staff on industry updates, compliance requirements, and best practices
The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate must come from a scaled RCM company, with experience in end to end deal origination, closure and servicing
  • He / she would report to the Founder / CEO and the board directly to lead and scale this business unit 15+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, with a minimum of 8+ years in a leadership role
  • Indepth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
