Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive RCM strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Provide strategic direction for revenue cycle operations, ensuring optimal financial performance and compliance with industry standards
- Oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable functions to maximize revenue and minimize bad debt
-Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the organization's compliance with billing and coding standards
- Provide ongoing training to RCM staff on industry updates, compliance requirements, and best practices
The Successful Applicant
- The ideal candidate must come from a scaled RCM company, with experience in end to end deal origination, closure and servicing
- He / she would report to the Founder / CEO and the board directly to lead and scale this business unit
- 15+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, with a minimum of 8+ years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of health-care billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
