**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
- Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit's results and document process.
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee.
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
- Knowledge on Internal Audit, Accounting Standards, Statutory Laws, Financial Accounting Etc.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and document the action plan.
- Actively establish client (process owner/functional heads) and internal relationships.
- Provide timely communications of progress, audit issues, potential roadblocks, etc. to Audit partners.
- Prepare precise, accurate and well-ordered audit working papers, RCMs, Draft and final Reports, Audit committee presentations, action taken report.
- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sectors rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
- Contribute to business development along with the Audit Partner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
