Team and Position Summary:
U.S. Technology: This business closely partners with our U.S. stores and eCommerce business to serve customers by empowering associates, stores and merchants with technology innovation.

The focus areas include customer, stores and associates, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science and search & personalization.Our team is responsible for design, development, and operations of large-scale orchestration system operating high scale. We interact with multiple teams across the company to provide scalable robust technical solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

Through this role you have an opportunity to develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the customer and the company. You also get to collaborate with team members to develop best practices and requirements for the software. In this role it would be important for you to professionally maintain all codes and create updates regularly to address the customer's and company's concerns. You will show your skills in analysing and testing programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance. Troubleshooting coding problems quickly and efficiently will offer you a chance to grow your skills in a high-pace, high-impact environment. Software security is of prime importance and by developing programs that monitor sharing of private information, you will be able to add tremendous credibility to your work. You will also be required to seek ways to improve the software and its effectiveness. Adhere to Company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

What you will do:

Assist in Design and implementation of new features while continuously improving quality of Identity and Access Management application Build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting associates of the client worldwide Designs reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services. Develop software meeting code quality standards and metrics Guide and mentor others members in the team to promote highly technical and self- sufficient teams Create and maintain technical documentation for the team to reference and share with our internal customers Ensures the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems. Troubleshoots and resolves system incidents, problems and changes, as required Engage and support application teams integrating with IAM, SSO, Active Directory and related modules

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline with 7 to 10 years of core software product development experience. Expert in Java/J2EE, Spring, SQL / NO-SQL and Hibernate Hands-on experience building services using these technologies (Java, Springboot, Microservices) , experience building Restful services and APIs. Knowledge of modern identity workflows (OIDC/OAuth/SAML) and how to implement them in a large system. Demonstrated ownership for development and design of a few modules/features in a product. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in web technologies like React JS, Java script, Type script, CSS is an add- on. Experience on unit testing frameworks (Junit, Spock, Jest etc) and code quality control platforms like Sonar CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps Experience with Cloud Computing platforms and deploying production applications into cloud: Microsoft Azure, Google cloud or similar is a plus Awareness of Agile (Scrum) methodologies

Position Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:

B.E./B. Tech/MS/MCA in Computer Science or related technical field. Minimum 3 years of object-oriented programming experience in Java. Excellent computer systems fundamentals, DS/Algorithms and problem solving skills Hands-on experience in building web based Java EE services/applications and Kafka, Apache Camel, RESTful Web-Services, Spring, Hibernate, Splunk, Caching.Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Qualifications:

Large scale distributed services experience, including scalability and fault tolerance. Exposure to cloud infrastructure, such as Open Stack, Azure, GCP, or AWS Exposure to build, CI/CD & deployment pipelines and related technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins etc. A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimize systems and tools. Experience in systems design and distributed systems. Exposure to SQL/NoSQL data stores like Cassandra, Elastic, Mongo etc.
