Job Description
- We are looking for a committed lead product designer to contribute to our design strategy and translate it into a straightforward, user-friendly experience for our clients.
- You should have extensive experience simplifying complex workflows into intuitive design solutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in discerning user requirements through research and aligning those insights with significant product roadmap decisions.
- Influence product and engineering leaders to prioritize design challenges and incorporate solutions into the product roadmap.
- Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels, demonstrating strong storytelling competencies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to designers to form an exceptional design team, offering well-documented, actionable feedback on product and design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing enterprise and large-scale consumer SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Gen AI and conversational design is advantageous.
- Proficient in conducting cross-functional Design Thinking workshops, qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Comprehensive understanding of design and product metrics.
- Keen attention to detail for thorough design reviews (interaction, visual design, and UX copy).
- Ability to balance diverse stakeholder perspectives while upholding core design principles.
- Passion for resolving challenges, with a focus on delivering user-centric value through design initiatives with measurable results.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
