- Make sure they understand our insurance products, sales methods, and customer service standards completely.
- Monitor the sales performance of the sales advisor team within the agency channel. Keep track of their targets, achievements, and conversion rates.
- Identify areas where additional support or training may be required to help financial advisors meet their goals.
- Regularly engage with them to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Work closely with financial advisors to ensure a high rate of policy renewals and customer retention.
