Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for a proficient IT Support Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in efficiently handling client tickets through support platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a solid technical background, and a keen dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. Past experience in supporting sports-related activities would be advantageous.Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via ticketing systems like Jira and Freshdesk.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming support tickets based on significance and impact on business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal Ops and Tech teams to address intricate issues within specified SLAs.
  • Document and uphold accurate records of support tickets, resolutions, and client interactions.
  • Proactively identify recurring problems and propose solutions to prevent future instances.
  • Assist in developing and implementing FAQs, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enrich client experience and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in delivering IT support in a professional setting.
  • Ability to swiftly grasp processes and system terminology to address or triage and escalate issues.
  • Competency in using ticketing systems such as Jira and Freshdesk for support ticket management.
  • Solid comprehension of the sports ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to elucidate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks as per business requirements.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and during weekends.
  • Obligatory office presence at our Mumbai location.
