Job Description


The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring and optimizing our customer's ServiceNow solutions to meet their business needs.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, support the architect implementing the ServiceNow solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in ServiceNow development, along with great analytical and problem-solving skills.
He/she has great functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development.

Main responsibilities

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and standards.

Master user interface updates such as the configuration and maintenance of forms, lists, views, UI policy, UI scripts, UI actions, view rules and other UI elements.

Ensure best practices are followed in the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, integrate external systems, and facilitate adoption.
Participate in the architecture and design of ServiceNow modules (ITOM,HRSD, ITBM, etc.) as needed. ITOM expertise is Mandatory.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Skills & qualifications

6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow developmentGood understanding of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and API integrations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Languages

Spoken and written EnglishProficiency is in French, Or German is a definite plus
