Senior Technical Consultant

What will you do?

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be part of a team of enthusiastic Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists.

Based in our office in Bangalore or on-site at the customer, you will be working on high impact and challenging projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom and high technology industries.

All of our consultants work on projects that are focused on delivering maximum value to the customer.

Depending on the project, you will work on defining PaaS strategies/business cases, actively implementing a platform that will automate customer processes via innovative, custom platform applications.

Therefore, it is crucial that you are both IT- and business-oriented since this position requires you to connect to both worlds.

We help you to develop yourself further as full professional, by providing you with continuous training and coaching via our 4Academy, making sure you have the adequate skills in Platform-as-a-Service Depending on the type of project, you will be involved in the following tasks and responsibilities:Translate functional requirements into technical designs by always keeping focus on platform performance, maintainability and upgradabilitySafeguard technical implementation quality based on prescribed designsBuild solution designs in line with implementation best practices of ServiceNow and internal Plat4mation implementation guidelinesMake sure Junior Consultants adopt and adhere to implementation guidelines

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology> 4 years' work experience in ServiceNow as a Technical ConsultantStrong analytical skillsFluent in EnglishGood communication skills and result-drivenCreative mind and a problem-solving way of workingPassionate about technologyLiving in or willing to move to Bangalore, India
