Recruitment Manager

- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Delivery Management:
- Oversee staffing services delivery to meet client needs.
- Manage recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely and accurate staffing delivery.
- Ensure candidate quality meets client specifications.
- Interviewing Candidates:
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate quality and suitability.
- Ensure candidates have required skills and qualifications.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to clients based on interviews.
- Technical Interviews:
- Utilize IT proficiency for technical interviews and assess candidates' technical skills.
- Ensure candidates meet technical requirements specified by clients.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop recruiters and account managers.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all staffing activities comply with legal requirements.
- Manage risk by implementing and monitoring compliance with company policies.
- Address any issues or conflicts during staffing.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends and conditions.
- Develop strategies to enhance competitive positioning.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in staffing, recruitment, or human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering staffing solutions.
- Must have experience in a staffing agency.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- IT proficiency for technical interviews.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and HRIS systems.
- Deep understanding of staffing industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Office-based role with potential for remote work.
- Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients or attend events.
