Overview:
We're looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Public Relations Sales Director to join us and boost business growth through strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, and media relations. The ideal candidate must have a solid PR or advertising sales background with a wide network of contacts in the industry. This role presents the chance to collaborate closely with a global YouTube creator's team to enhance her brand presence, secure media coverage, and form profitable partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to reach revenue goals and capitalize on business opportunities in the PR and advertising sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at PR agencies, advertising firms, and brands to establish partnerships and collaborations.
  • Promote the creator's social platform and brand to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition and market differentiators.
  • Work with the marketing team to craft compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and establish industry leadership in the PR and advertising realm.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market changes to guide sales strategies and spot new business prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreement terms in coordination with legal and finance teams to ensure alignment with business goals and profitability targets.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline management, and market insights to senior management, showcasing achievements, hurdles, and growth opportunities.
  • Act as a brand advocate for the YouTube creator, embodying her values, mission, and vision in all client interactions and external communications.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in PR, advertising, or media sales, with a track record of hitting sales targets and boosting revenue.
  • Extensive network of contacts in the PR and advertising industry, including connections at agencies, brands, and media channels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex ideas and value propositions clearly and convincingly.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to reach agreements, address objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset, adept at identifying and pursuing new business prospects.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software like Salesforce is a plus.
