We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai
The Territory Sales Manager's main goal is to drive sales, expand the market, and help achieve our organizational targets in a specific region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales, customer management, and distributor handling
- Customer acquisition and adding new products to our portfolio
- Market expansion, achieving sales targets, and managing distributor payments
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Acting as a liaison between our brands and the market
- Cold calling, conducting meetings, and negotiating sales agreements
- Recording sales data and maintaining reports
Skills required:
- Strong customer relationships
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- Effective communication skills in English, Hindi + 1 regional language
- Good analytical skills
- Distribution and distributor management experience
Qualifications: Graduate in Hotel Management, MBA, or related field
Experience: 6-12 years of total experience, FMCG + HORECA experience is a plus
