We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai

The Territory Sales Manager's main goal is to drive sales, expand the market, and help achieve our organizational targets in a specific region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales, customer management, and distributor handling
  • Customer acquisition and adding new products to our portfolio
  • Market expansion, achieving sales targets, and managing distributor payments
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Acting as a liaison between our brands and the market
  • Cold calling, conducting meetings, and negotiating sales agreements
  • Recording sales data and maintaining reports

Skills required:

  • Strong customer relationships
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
  • Effective communication skills in English, Hindi + 1 regional language
  • Good analytical skills
  • Distribution and distributor management experience

Qualifications: Graduate in Hotel Management, MBA, or related field

Experience: 6-12 years of total experience, FMCG + HORECA experience is a plus
