Job Description

We represent Practo when it comes to putting customers first. You will be interviewing for the position of Senior Product/Product Specialist. Reporting to the Customer Support Team Lead, you will collaborate with the support team to enhance customer experiences through email, chat, and phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers across various products through chat, email, and calls with effective communication.
  • Be willing to work in different 24x7 shifts as needed by the business.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customers, ensuring detailed and considerate replies.
  • Take a proactive approach in handling ticket responses and broader user issues.
  • Meet and exceed operational goals such as CSAT, first response SLA, and ticket resolution SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders through designated mediums.
  • Follow established SOPs to resolve customer queries.
