RoleOverview:

As the inaugural Head of UserResearch you will design the research infrastructure
forour cuttingedge AI products. Reporting to the Chief OperatingOfficer your mission is to
decode and foresee customerneeds weaving these insights into our product businessand
design strategies. Your leadership will cultivate anenvironment of empathy innovation and
significant impactseamlessly integrating human experiences with AI technology.
This
pivotal role is key to guiding AI productinnovation ensuring our solutions are firmly
anchored inuser insights and empathy

Key Responsibilities:
Define and promote the vision and strategyfor inaugural Research & Insightsorganization. Develop and communicate a clear vision forthis new org including the
establishment of researchstrategies OKRs and roadmaps.
Assemble a worldclassresearch team fostering a culture of curiosity empathyand
rigor.
Oversee critical researchinitiatives collaborating with various partners andresearch
firms worldwide.
As a foundationalmember of the organization play a versatile role by
forging strong partnerships with the Product Design and Businessunits to ensure
that cohesive insights fuel innovationand customer engagement.
Advocate for user insightsemploying a mix of quantitative and qualitative research
methods to shape product strategies and organizationaldecisions.
Launch research programs that centralize thecustomer in our strategic endeavors
using a wide rangeof research methodologies.
Elevate the customers voicethrough compelling storytelling and empathetic
communication promoting a culture of customercentricity throughoutthe company

Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of user researchexperience showcasing a portfolio filled with
impactfulinsights and strategic contributions.
Minimum of 5 yearsin a leadership position proven success in building andleading
highperformance research teams.
Adeptin various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies witha knack for
applying findings effectively.
Some familiarity with AI/ML landscapes preferably with experiencein creating
AIdriven consumer products.
Solidunderstanding of user research methods (both qualitative andquantitative)
UX/product design principles and marketingstrategies.
Exceptional skill in managing ambiguityadapting to organizational changes and
influencingacross diverse leadership styles.
A strong proponent ofdiversity with experience in global research andmanaging
international vendors.

PreferredQualifications:

Direct experience indeveloping AI tools or products showcasing a talent formerging
technical innovation with userneeds.
