About the Role
As an Editorial Engagement Support Assistant (EESA) at Springer Nature, you will play a crucial role in supporting external academic editors who contribute to our journals. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional support to editors, handling queries, and ensuring accurate data maintenance. Collaborating with the Editor Support Specialist (EESS), you will facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for editors across our journal portfolio.
Roles Responsibilities
- New Editorial Board Members (EBMs) experience: Supporting EBMs through the onboarding process by creating contracts, providing system access, and maintaining accurate data.
- Editorial Board Refinement: Assisting with the refinement process and data analysis.
- Customer Service: Processing editor requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing payments.
Educational Qualification: Educated to degree level or equivalent
Years of Experience: 6 months to 2.5 years (Fixed Term Contract)
Place of Work: 1201/1301, Building No. 5 (R3), Gera Commerzone, Kharadi, Pune (Working in Hybrid Model) Skills
