Role:

Growth Driven:

  • Working on developing gotomarket plans for the new program launches.
  • Supporting geographic expansion of the brand regionally and nationally.
  • Jointly working with the senior managementto chalk out a Digital B2C, B2B growth strategy and business plan to meet company's goal.

P&L Accountability:

  • P&L ownerforthe vertical and build capabilities to manage sales and delivery.
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing, Product, CRM and other internal teams to identify and support growth opportunities

Target Orientation:

  • Achieving monthly & quarterly growth targets across all marketing channels with strict timeline driven performance culture

Digital Lead Generation:
Organizing wide-ranging outreach campaigns/sponsorships to raise awareness for our brand and product.

  • Organizing and hosting awareness events (online and offline) that creates buzz and attracts prospective customers.
  • Ideate and implement digital campaigns for lead generation and build strong pipeline on prospect

Success Profile:

Experience:

  • Seasoned Digital Sales and Marketing expert with 10+ years' experience preferably from B2C ,B2B Sales

Qualification:

  • MBA from Tier 1 institute with specialization in Expertise in setting up B2C and various other sales and marketing processes with deep experience of working on CRMs and should be a processoriented individual

Leadership Skills:

  • Handling and mentoring the team with timely execution of projects/ deliveries taken up.
  • Keep a proper check on behavioral aspects of everyone in the team
  • Focused and Goal Oriented
  • Possess a consistent track record of exceeding performance goals, while not compromising on quality

Strategic:

  • Uncover and leverage new growth hacks and opportunities to accelerate user growth.
  • Possess strong analytical skills for complex problem solving
  • Possess a go getter attitude and looks to find solutions rather than focusing on problems
