This is a critical role in the HR department that will actively involve

Performance Management ,

Learning & Development ,

Compliance

& Other HR responsibilities contributing in the Human Resource planning, Benchmarking HR practices and support recruitment activities for the institute

The responsibilities will include:


Performance Management System (PMS):Handling the END to END implementation of Performance Management System (ADP) at the instituteConduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions in line with current procedures.

Monitor and ensure adherence to performance improvement plans.
Generate and analyze performance data for reporting and management decisions.

Learning and Development (L&D):Facilitate the implementation of existing L&D programs.
Organize and manage workshops, seminars, and training sessions as per the established schedule.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluations.
Support ongoing career development initiatives.

HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and enforce current HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards and legal requirements.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with legal and institutional guidelines.

Other HR responsibilities:
Be actively involved in the Talent Management initiativesSupport the designing/implementation of the Reward& Recognition programsWork on revamping/updating HR policies at the instituteWorking on HR AutomationSupport all employee engagement/wellness across the institute & recommending process improvementsGenerating/creating reports pertaining to PMS & Talent Management, as and when requiredAny other assignment as & when given by Director- HR

Education :
Master's Degree – Psychology / Human Resources. Additional LLB degree or Diploma in Labour Laws is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in independently handling PMS, L&D initiatives. Experience/knowledge of managing HR/ Labour Compliance is good to have.

Skill Sets Required:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsGood command over EnglishClear understanding of HRconceptsWorking knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PPT) & G- Suites.

Ability to provide efficient and reliable assistance with focus on attention to detailPositive AttitudeMaintain high level of data/information confidentiality at all times
