To succeed in this position, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering impactful projects.


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for new market expansion, partner marketing, and partner acquisition to drive sales growth.
  • Previous experience in B2B or digitalfirst companies is preferred. Proficient in enterprise marketing strategies such as events, content marketing, communications, and public relations.
  • Create holistic marketing plans encompassing content, video, events, digital channels, and communications.
  • Collaborate with teams across different functions to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Oversee brand programs focusing on awareness and visibility metrics, including CAB and Analyst Relations initiatives.
  • Lead brand expansion into new markets and regions.
  • Develop and execute Marketing's annual strategic plan in coordination with leadership.
  • Assess marketing performance and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
  • Design programs to achieve business targets and establish a distinct brand presence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms like Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Effective teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable in an ever-changing, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Drive to develop and manage a team.
